20/05/2024 – Whatever the format, Magnus Carlsen always comes out on top! That’s how he finished unbeaten in Morocco, 1 point ahead of his runner-up, in the “Casablanca variant”, which was played in fast games (15+10) from carefully selected positions in historic games. The tournament was part of “Moroccan Chess Week”, organized under the High Patronage of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, by the Casablanca Stock Exchange in collaboration with the Royal Moroccan Chess Federation
